Let’s dance our way into a vibrantly embodied and radiant year!
Sarah is once again gathering our divine, heart-centrered RISE Embodied community for a 2026 new year celebration of Yoga, Ecstatic Dance, Meditation, Kirtan, Yoga Nidra, Fire Ceremony and Intention Setting.
For the last couple of years our new year retreat has been an absolutely stunning and beautiful way to start the year. We’re doing it again in 2026 because really, who wouldn’t want more dancing in the grassy sunshine overlooking the lake, delicious healthy kai, friendship and fun in a festival style atmosphere?!
