It's our ethos to be as inclusive as possible. A large area of exclusion when it comes to access to yoga practices is the financial cost, so that is why we offer a tiered payment structure for our Immersions. We realise that some people will be able to afford to pay the true cost to run the Immersion, while others want to take part but cannot afford to pay as much. And sometimes there are angels who so value these offerings that they decide to give a little more to help others experience them too. Each event goes ahead based on whether or not we have enough students who are willing and able to pay the true cost of the event. This way, we do everything we can to make sure everyone is included.

We also work in partnership with community organisations, schools, hospitals and health services to match client and staff needs for wellness, mindfulness and adjunctive yoga programmes. As you've probably already figured out, w are passionate about yoga being accessible and valuable for ALL – not just for those who can afford a gym membership or who make it to a yoga studio – and as such, provides both client-based and staff self-care programming, with a vision of developing long-term, research-informed partnerships and programs.
