One of the most beneficial aspects of Tantrik yoga practices is the way they teach us to hold unconditional love and acceptance - firstly in relationship to ourselves, what we are feeling, and the way we’re meeting the moment; and then in relationship to others - loved ones, partners, children, parents, friends, colleagues and even strangers.


In this one-day workshop, Adele and Sarah will offer an array of practices - meditation, breath work, yoga asana, free movement and mantra practice to support you to hold a space of unconditional love and acceptance for yourself and others. We’ll discuss as a group of like-minded and courageous beings the skills and nuances of this simple yet challenging practice that is at the heart of Tantrik yoga philosophy.


Event schedule:

Lab 1: 12.30-4pm

Break: 4-4.45pm (light refreshment provided)

Lab 2: 4.45-7.30pm

Please bring with you your yoga mat if you own one, a drink bottle, and a journal and pen.
